30 Minutes of Achievements

Breaking up activities into 15 minute or 30 minute intervals.

Maybe there is something you just really don't want to do for one reason or another.
Maybe you don't want to study for that test if you are a student.
One of the best ways to get started and get results is to study for that test in 30 minute intervals.

Saying to yourself "I'm only studying for 30 minutes! That's not a big deal at all!"

You can be surprised what you can do in 30 minutes of uninterrupted studying. Then once you have completed it go give yourself some kind of fun activity you enjoy. Watch some TV or hang out with a friend. Then come back and do another 30 minutes of studying.

Breaking up any task into time limit intervals is a really productive way to get to your achievement.

Its a technique that is used in different ways by many people. Find the way that works best for you.

The Best Way To Write A Positive Affirmation

Ive been using and studying positive affirmations for a while now and here is what I consider to be the best way to write affirmations.

Many people say to make your affirmations short so they are easy to remember. WRONG!

I actually found the best way to write affirmations from the book The 7 Habits Of Highly Effective People by Stephen R. Covey.
In his book Covey writes, "A good affirmation has five basic ingredients: it's personal, it's positive, it's present tense, it's visual, and it's emotional.

  • Personal
  • Positive
  • Present Tense
  • Visual
  • Emotional

Covey's example:
"It is deeply satisfying (emotional) that I (personal) respond (present tense) with wisdom, love, firmness, and self-control (positive) when my children misbehave."

This has helped me come up with the most powerful affirmations.
Yes they are a bit lengthy, but you must take the time to remember them!
Start with just one for a couple days and take your time to make it the exact affirmation that explains what you want.

Using your affirmations:

  • Repeat your affirmation.
  • Repeat your affirmation fast over and over again.
  • Repeat your affirmation slowly listening to each word as you say them out loud and in your head. Take the time to understand what it means.
  • As you repeat your affirmation feel the emotions as if you have already achieved it.
  • The stronger the emotions you send out the better the affirmation will work for you.
  • Last step and the best is repeating the affirmations while visualizing and feeling the emotions of the affirmation as if it is already true!

More In The Pocket

Many people use the law of attraction to acquire wealth.
Are you grateful for every penny you pick up off the ground?
Or do you tell yourself how awesome it is to have 10 dollars in your pocket even if that's all you have?

Being grateful for every penny you find is a very powerful exercise to acquiring more money!
The more excitement you feel about money and good feelings you put toward even the smallest amount can be very important!

Be aware of how you talk about your money. Feel as though there is always enough and more!
